  1. Choose a perfectly ripe Fromager d’Affinois Excellence 1lb for its lovely creaminess.
  2. Take the cheese out of the fridge 1 hour before serving so the cheese softens and spreads perfectly!
  3. To add an original and authentic touch to your cheese board, remove the paper from the Fromager d’Affinois Excellence 1lb and present it in its wooden box.
  4. Remove the rind from the top of the cheese and provide a serving spoon or knife.
  5. Slice the seedy bread thinly.
  6. Serve the cheese with walnuts, grapes and salami slices.
