Autumn Cheese Board
Ingredients
- 1 Fromager d’Affinois Excellence 1lb
- 1 salami
- 1 seedy bread
- Bunch of grapes
- Walnut halves
Directions
- Choose a perfectly ripe Fromager d’Affinois Excellence 1lb for its lovely creaminess.
- Take the cheese out of the fridge 1 hour before serving so the cheese softens and spreads perfectly!
- To add an original and authentic touch to your cheese board, remove the paper from the Fromager d’Affinois Excellence 1lb and present it in its wooden box.
- Remove the rind from the top of the cheese and provide a serving spoon or knife.
- Slice the seedy bread thinly.
- Serve the cheese with walnuts, grapes and salami slices.
