Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough bread toasted
- 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite jam
- 3 tablespoons of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
- 1 slice of bacon crumbled
- Microgreens for garnish
Directions
- Toast a slice of sourdough until golden and crispy.
- Spread Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager on one section and fig jam on the next, alternating for a fun effect.
- Sprinkle crispy bacon over the top.
- Add a sprinkle of fresh microgreens.
- Finish with a pinch of sea salt and enjoy!
