Honeyed walnut sourdough loaf with fig jam, prosciutto and Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of whole wheat & honeyed walnut sourdough loaf
  • 1 tablespoon of fig jam
  • A thick slice or two slices of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager
  • 3-4 thin slices of prosciutto
  • A small handful of arugula

Directions

  1. Toast a slice of sourdough in a skillet with a little bit of butter over medium heat until it’s golden brown on both sides.
  2.  Slather on some fig jam, a thick slice (or two) of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager cheese, 3-4 thin slices of prosciutto, and a small handful of arugula.
  3. Enjoy!
