Endive salad with Fromager d’Affinois Bleu

Ingredients

  • 5 endives
  • 2 pears
  • 200g of Fromager d’Affinois Bleu
  • 10 fresh walnuts
  • 2 soup spoons of suflower oil
  • 2 coffee spoons of mustard
  • 1 coofee spoon of honey
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Slice the endives in rounds and the pear in strips and dice the Fromager d’Affinois Bleu cheese. Crush the walnuts.
  2. Make a dressing with the sunflower oil, mustard and honey. Season with salt.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
