Charcuterie baguette with Fromager d’Affinois Bûche d’Affinois
Ingredients
- Full-sized baguette
- Seeded mustard
- Honey
- Leg ham
- Prosciutto
- Pickles
- Fromager d’Affinois Bûche d’Affinois
- Butter and seasoning
Apple & Rocket Salad
- 1 apple, Julienne
- Large handful of rocket
- Olive oil, to drizzle
- Lemon juice
Directions
- First, make the apple and rocket salad. Apple and toss in a bowl with rocket, a drizzle of olive oil, and lemon juice. Season.
- To assemble, slice the baguette down the centre, making sure to not slice all the way through. Spread cut sides with butter and mustard. Fill the sandwich with cured meats, apple and rocket salad, pickles and Fromager d’Affinois Bûche d’Affinois.
