Baked cheese in thyme

ingredients
- Fromager d’Affinois Buche d’Affinois
- 1 small cob loaf, the top hollowed out
- 8 blackberries
- 3 sprigs of thyme, leaves removed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt flakes
- Black pepper
- Extra bread or croutons to dip
Directions
- Place the cheese chunk into your cob loaf
- Place in the oven for 15 min (180 Celsius degrees)
- Drizzle with your preparation
