Grilled Fromager d’Affinois Petit Brebicet with Pears & Apricot Jam

- Sourdough bread, sliced
- Fromager d’Affinois Petit Brebicet, softened
- Pears, thinly sliced
- 2T apricot jam
- Butter
Directions
- Butter one side of each slide of sourdough bread.
- Spread a generous amount of cheese on one slice of bread, add 4-5 slices of pears on top.
- Spread apricot jam on the other slice and press together.
- Heat skillet to medium high heat and place sandwich in pan, pressing down with spatula until one side is golden bread.
- Flip sandwich and repeat until the other side is golden brown.
- Enjoy!
