Watermelon sangria

ingredients
- 1 generous wedge of Fromager d’Affinois Le Fromager (approx. 250g)
- 1 generous wedge of Fromager d’Affinois Truffles (approx. 250g)
- 2 cups of fresh watermelon, sliced
- 2 limes, zested
- 1 bottle of rosé champagne
- ½ cup of elderflower liquor
- Fresh mint, lime wedges and sliced watermelon for garnish
Directions
- Blend 2 cups of sliced watermelon (no skin) in a blender until smooth, strain through a sieve into a jug.
- Add the rosé, St Germain, and lime zest and mix well. Place in the fridge to chill.
TO SERVE:
Add the rosé champagne and stir. Pour sangria into glasses over ice and garnish with watermelon and lime wedge plus a sprig of mint.
