2. Details of recipients and retention periods

The data collected will be communicated, within the company Fromager d’Affinois or the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the support services of the AGRIAL Group, including the legal department, and may be shared with consultants, service providers and/or subcontractors.
It is kept for the duration of the procedure in front of the authority concerned.
Clarification of retention periods
At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above treatments, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised. However, your Personal Data may be kept for a longer period of time in so-called “intermediate” archives in order to comply with legal obligations or to comply with applicable legal limitation periods or to safeguard the rights of Fromager d’Affinois, until all legal remedies have been exhausted; it will then be deleted or anonymised.
