Bacon, prune roulades with Fromager d’Affinois Mini d’Affinois

  1. Slice the prunes and the Fromager d’Affinois Mini d’Affinois in half and place a prune inside each half of cheese, then seal.
  2. Lay two slices of bacon on top of each other to form a cross and place the Fromager d’Affinois Mini d’Affinois in the center.
  3. Wrap the cheese in the bacon rashers then place in a hot pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning regularly until golden brown.
  4. Finely chop the chives.
  5. Wash the rocket and arrange on serving plates.
  6. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  7. Place a mini roulade onto each plate and garnish with the chives.
