Directions

  1. Wash the aragula and place it in a bowl.
  2. Slice the cucumber and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them in.
  3. Cut the Fromager d’Affinois Red Chili Pepper cheese into pieces and add them to the salad.
  4. Tear the Serrano ham into pieces and place them on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss gently.
